A few weeks ago, I posted about my friend Jake's new composition which included a setting of the Thomas Aquinas hymn, O Salutaris Hostia. Months ago, Jake introduced me to an unsurpassably beautiful setting of this text by the Renaissance composer, Pierre de la Rue (1452—1518). This version is the Netherlands Chamber Choir.
